When you do find that there is activity going on in their account or website, this is where you can ask a couple of questions that you want to find out about them. Most of the time, they have instructors to ask individual questions as well to gauge their clients before they sign up. This is actually helpful since you can know already if their style would fit you or not.

You have to meet the instructor before even singing up. You would see how passionate they are with training or how neutral or uninterested they are and just wanted to work there because of the pay. You would be able to gauge this by yourself with a couple of visits. So it is best to do meet them first before deciding.

There are those that give your cash back if you are totally not satisfied by the end of the camp. Some would also give free days or weeks for you to test their methods out. This is a better opportunity to know if you like their methods or not.

Some workouts and routines might be deviated in order to meet your needs, even though that this camp is meant for everyone to do things at the same time. The instructor should still consider your health problems, past injuries, and other stuff that needs to be given attention to. This is why you need to know it first.
